We gather this information to enable us to provide you with a product or service. We may also wish to provide you with information about special features on our website or any other service or product we think may be of interest to you.
Agreements.
Our agreements and contracts are all made verbally by phone. By paying for a service you are accepting that you have read and understood our terms and conditions set out. Our agreements are not subject to a cooling off period and you are not entitled to a refund once the sale has been agreed and processed.
Your agreement with us runs for 12 months from the date paid and will be automatically renewed on a rolling contract � you may at every 11th month serve us with 30 days written notice to not renew your account- otherwise the payment will be collected and you will be issued with a new invoice and receipt and welcome pack. First search consultancy at any time are given the right to terminate your agreement with us (us being the company first search consultancy) at any time without notice. Should we terminate your agreement early you will not be entitled to any form of compensation or any re-imbursement.
Sale of Business
If the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business and your agreement will still stand.
