Hi, my name is Jackie and I run Jackies Pet Care Services & Doggy Digs. I also offer a cat/puppy & guinea pig visit service.
More information on this is on the Services page. I am very much an animal lover and have owned various pets and always dogs. I have two Blue Roan Cocker Spaniels (mum and daughter) who are both extremely friendly and get on well with everyone.
I've been Home Boarding now for a few years. I am a small business therefore can only take on a few dogs at a time, here your pet will be part of our family. I am licensed to board 3 dogs (not including my 2) but I prefer to only have 1 maybe 2 at one time but will occasionally board 3 especially in the summer holidays (peak times) so as not to let down any of my regular clients. With all this in mind the dogs I look after have to be very sociable and not aggressive at all and I cannot board any boisterious or un neutered dogs.
I walk the dogs morning, noon and night (depending on how active your pet is and how active his/her routine is) my dogs will never say no to a walk! I have help on the weekends from my family so we usually go further afield then, but as we are situated in a nice area of Cardiff with local fields, woods and a reservoir nearby your pet will never be bored with the surroundings and hopefully will enjoy his/her holiday with us so that you can enjoy yours too.
I am a member of the National Association of Registered Dog Sitters, I'm located on the Home Boarding Register, CRB checked, Insured and fully licenced by Cardiff County Council.
