Manadon House is a beautiful English manor house set in five acres of picturesque woodland. We offer the closest to an al fresco wedding that you will find in England. The house has been home tolords and ladies throughout 800 years of history. The venue is fully licenced for weddings and civil partnerships.

We provide a selection of three different locations for the ceremony itself. Including one that allows you and your guests to enjoy your ceremony outside, yet remaining within English marriage law.Providing the perfect alternative to the traditional 'church aisle'. Walk down through the elegant, 15th century, grand oak staircase. You are then presented with our three options for your ceremonial vows:

The Portico:

English law does not allow couples to marry outdoors. However, here at Manadon House, we can offer you and your guests the option to legally enjoy your wedding in the open air. In our roman style Portico, surrounded by acres of serene woodland and manor house grounds.
