Hilltop Barn is situated in the picturesque village of Winterborne Zelston, near Blandford Forum and 1/4 mile from the A31, between Wimborne and Bere Regis and is ideally placed for visiting "Hardy Country", the Purbeck Hills and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location above the village with wonderful views of the Purbeck Hills to the south, the Dorset Downs and Cranborne Chase to the north and is within 15 minutes of the towns of Poole, Wareham, Wimborne and Blandford Forum.

It is an ideal base for those wishing to explore rural Dorset either by foot, bicycle or by car. It is within easy reach of Wareham Forest, Studland, Kingston Lacey, Lulworth Cove, Poole Harbour and Bournemouth.
