We are conveniently situated in a residential area, a few minutes away from Eastbourne’s town centre, with its many restaurants, traditional pubs, theatre, cinema and main line railway station.

Eastbourne’s attractive seafront, lined with carpet gardens and floral displays are nearby to our B and B. The South Downs Way and the famous cliffs of Beachy Head; recognised as areas of outstanding beauty are also close by. Other local attractions include Devonshire Park tennis courts, Sovereign Harbour, beautiful parks and three golf courses.
