J Clegg Lettings & Property Management has recently been set up off the back of the directors personal portfolio. We are a small family run business, Martin Clegg has some 20 years expereince in rented property as a private landlord. Jonathan, Martins son has set up a letting agency to manage their ever increasing personal portfolio and to provide a quality service to other landlords through the experience they have generated over the years.
Jonathan has been investing in and managing rental properties since the age of 19, now at 25 with a very sucessful six years beneath him has decided to share his knowloedge for the benefit of other investors in the Southampton area.
