My name is Ewa and I am a complementary therapist with my own practice in Maidenhead, Berkshire. As a holistic practitioner, I believe that the ultimate goal of any treatment is to achieve the deepest sense of relaxation that is possible, in that moment; it is in this altered state of awareness that your body can best heal itself.
Many complementary therapies are known to have been practised by various ancient civilisations for thousands of years and unlike conventional medicine, their holistic approach seeks to treat the person as a whole rather than just looking at the symptoms of the current illness.
