McPeakes' doors were first opened in 1939 by my grandfather Seamus McPeake. It is now a third generation family business that has spanned over 60 years. Our home improvement center is a retailer of Johnston and Leyland paints as well as many DIY and hardware sundries. We also operate a key cutting and tool hire service for the DIY and professional alike.
Our flower and balloon services were introduced to the business in 1980 and now have become as strong a brand as the home improvement center. Under the supervision of my self we provide a full range of flowers and balloons for any occasions. A recent development is our fancy dress and party accessories which is going from strength to strength.
