It is usual practice for one of our surveyors to visit your property so that an inspection can be carried out, this will be followed with a written report detailing the problems found, the remedy and a quotation for the works recommended. We charge a small reasonable fee for this service and the inspection fee paid is refunded, if we are asked to undertake the works recommended.
