Child Friendly Cottages Yorkshire
The tastefully furnished and comfortable Cottages at Mel House are situated within extensive level grounds having peaceful sitting-out areas with patio tables and chairs plus picnic benches, herb garden, enclosed water garden with fish pond, barbecue and table tennis.
A converted three-sided low stone barn with double-glazed conservatory area on its fourth, south-facing, side provides an ideal setting for our leisure suite. Here guests can use our indoor heated swimming pool, spa (hot tub) , and (coin-operated) sauna. Exposed beams in the barn roof void are highlighted by atmospheric lighting whilst full changing, shower, and toilet facilities are available to meet all practical requirements!
Please note that use of the above facilities - available between 9:00am and 9:00pm - will be at your own risk and that children and non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. In particular, it should be noted that the pool depth is a constant 1.2 metres throughout.
