Accommodation Goathland
Your stay will be in a period Victorian Cottage built in the 1880's.
Located in a small moor side village, the cottage is across the common in the centre of the village built from stone which came from the church. The cottage is listed in the AA book of British Villages, a guide to the most interesting and attractive villages.
Rugged walking country encircles Goathland, where sheep graze among the cottages of the scattered village greens, near by are several water falls with romantic names like Mallyan Spout Nelly Ayre and Water Ark Foss our rear garden has magnificent views way across the moors.
The adjacent fields have sheep and there lambs up to our rear fence.
