Our CE compliant machine can roast a whole pig of up to 75KG, which will yield enough meat to feed around 200 people; we can also roast a lamb if your numbers are around 70, for around that number we can also roast a smaller pig.
Spit-roasting is by no means a new concept, it’s been around for thousands of years. We are using state of the art equipment to bring this traditional cooking method in to the 21st century, we use fresh prime Irish meat producing sensational results!
