Alternative Therapies Bury St Edmunds
I was attuned to Reiki 1 and Reiki 11 in 1996 with Sheila Lake, an elder of the traditional Reiki lineage. I have been using the healing energies on both myself and others on a daily basis for over thirteen years, developing my intuition and receiving guidance for myself and close friends. I am based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and am available for appointments either in the town centre or just outside of town on the Moreton Hall Estate.
Treatments usually last for an hour. On receiving Reiki the client lies on a treatment bed fully clothed whilst the practitioner rests their hands lightly on the body in a sequence of positions, each one being held for a few minutes. Treatment can be carried out sitting if lying is not comfortable.
